This page will tell you all need to know before and after booking your appointment! Keep scrolling and soak in all information!

Please Read...

You will receive a cancellation email if...

- Please know that for any reason you don't pay your deposit, I will not reach out to ask how will you pay your fee.

- At checkout, the second box is to be filled out indicating whether or not you will need hair provided. (Please check all "Hair Info" tabs to see your difference with the hair provided!)

There will be...

- NO REFUNDS! As many people are too shy to speak up, mention their likes or dislikes, and then take things to social media. Before going elsewhere,  for any reason you aren't pleased with your style, be vocal before leaving the chair and not after you leave.

- NO FREE TOUCH UPS OR CHANGES AFTER 48 HOURS!! Any time after 48 hours, I am not responsible for any changes, adjustments or touch ups. You will have to pay a fee.

Please understand that...

- I don't rush my work and will not rush my work! I am very adamant about being rushed. I do precise and neat work only, so keep in mind that I actually do care about how you leave the chair. 

- All services have approximate times that the service takes, however it may be different for you, so just be patient and trust me.

- I will not take ANY rollover appointments for any reason! If you are booking a longer or smaller style, please make sure you have planned a time or style according to how long you'd like to sit. Please inform all rides what you're receiving before you hop in the chair.

Can I be squeezed in...

- You can be squeezed in at any time of a busy week or busy day, depending on your preferred style duration.

- All squeeze in appointments require an additional fee of $50 to your preferred service. Please understand that the fee is to be paid before you arrive to your appointment.

- HAIR CAN NOT BE PROVIDED FOR SAME DAY DAY APPOINTMENTS OR SQUEEZE INS !

When paying the deposit...

- All new clients are to pay deposits' via the website! If for any reason you have trouble, please reach out with the number provided above for more options.

- All recurring clients who book consistently are required to pay all deposits' through the following: Cash App, Apple Pay + $2 transaction fee, or Zelle. Contact the number above for Zelle information.

- All remaining balances are to be sent to $csmplifestyle on Cash App.

Message for other info if needed.

- AFTER 24 HOURS, DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE IF PAID ONLINE!!!

You aren't required to...

- Come washed. I wash hair with no additional fees. If you decide to come washed, please make sure your hair is washed at least 2 days prior to your appointment free of all oils and blow dried to your best ability and let me handle the rest!

- Be completely on time to your appointment. You have a 30 minute grace period, which means if your appointment is at 8:00 a.m., your initial appointment starts at 8:30 a.m.. IF LATE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES AFTER YOUR GRACE PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $15!

- Bring any other items besides your hair if you are providing your own and if there is a specific edge control or oil you use for your scalp.

- IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR OWN HAIR, IF NOT ALREADY NOTIFIED, IT WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE LISTED UNDER THE SERVICE DESCRIPTION.

Are bundles on hand...

- Please know that items that aren't on hand may take up to 7 days to ship, being that the item isn't on hand. You will know whether the particular items are on hand via the label of the item or the category it is in.

What days are available to book...

- Slots are open and available 5 days out of the week: Mon-Thurs. and Saturday.

- To set up your appointment outside of business days, contact the business number to set your date and time.

- Offday appointments require an additional $80 to your preferred service. Please understand that the fee is to be paid before you arrive to your appointment.

- Booking can take place at any time of the day but can not be placed a day before your preferred date.
